Accurate diagnosis. Mary knows a lot. She listens, so if you don't want a certain treatment, she doesn't force you. I got a lot better after about 3 treatments.

    Mary Kaiser-Cole, is the chiro here... the office is run by her mom and sister!It is all in the family and Mary is a GREAT chiropractor!!! She gives me the BEST neck adjustments ever. Really it is a life saver to have somewhere to go to get my neck back on my body at times.They do other things like massages and nutritional help... my teenage boys also go to Mary and say that the massages are hard but feels so good afterwards. I will take their word for it :)MY favorite is the ion foot baths that they do. I feel ten years younger and have sooo much energy after doing them. (You won't believe what comes out of your feet!!!! - seriously... gross does not explain it!!) I now meet friends there and we do foot bath parties. Fun, feels great and healthy!     Dr. Mary is the best!I suffered from back pain, almost like a constant tightness in my upper to mid-back for years. I would see another chiro, however, i never felt relieved or anything afterwards.About 2 months ago, I began to have numbness and tingling along the bottom of my left arm. Turns out I had a slight bulging disc and a few discs in my mid back were thin. I was recommended to have PT twice a week and chiro twice a week.I went to a nail salon across the street and just happened to walk my the chiro office. Turns out to be the best decision of my life!! They have affordable packages or even just single session costs are totally reasonable and affordable! Best bang for your buck! And for your back!Now 2 months after seeing Dr. Mary twice a week, I don't have the urge to constantly rotate my back and twist is in different ways to relieve some pain. The tightness in my mid/upper back is relieved! No more pain! Now I see her once a week religiously and I am feelin good!!So grateful.     I'd been suffering from upper back pain for some time and was tired of countless doc visits, muscle relaxants, and impossible-to-schedule physical therapy appointments when a coworker recommended Dr. Mary to me.I had never been to a chiropractor and was skeptical (even frightful) of their methods, having little knowledge on the subject.Dr. Mary was excellent at explaining the process to me and calming my nerves. A hot compress, rigorous spine rub down, and a handful of back cracks later and my back was instantly better! The pain which had haunted me for months vanished. Turned out I had a couple ribs out of place under my shoulder blade.Yikes!I felt such relief and the whole appointment was less than 45min, including wait time!She is kind, attentive, and incredibly efficient.Seriously, just try it.     Dr. Mary Cole is great. My back and neck always feels better after she adjusts it. She is attentive and very helpful. She looks for a long term solution and not just short term fixes. Her prices are reasonable. She takes insurance but I would check about your particular insurance prior to treatment to confirm.
